We believe in being open and transparent with our clients. This Refund Policy explains your rights when you change your mind, when you cancel your instructions, and what refunds may apply.We want you to feel confident when ordering with us. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:
When you place an order with us, you enter into an agreement that allows us to begin work on preparing your legal documents. You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 calendar days of making payment, provided that your cancellation is received in writing, including by email.You have 14 days after payment to cancel your order. To do this, you must tell us in writing, including by email.
If you decide to cancel within this 14-day period, any refund due will take into account the work we have already carried out on your behalf. This means that deductions will be made for the value of any documents produced, time spent, or preparatory work undertaken up to that point. A cancellation fee will apply, along with a £100 plus VAT administration fee and the deduction of any card processing fees incurred by the Company.If we haven’t started work, you’ll get most of your payment back. If we have started, we’ll deduct the cost of the work we’ve done, along with a cancellation fee, a £100 + VAT admin fee, and any card processing charges.
If you gave us permission to begin work immediately after payment, you may lose some or all of your cancellation rights once work has started. In this case, while you still have a statutory right to cancel, you will remain responsible for paying for the goods or services already provided.If you asked us to begin straight away, your right to a full refund may be reduced once work has started.
If you take no action within 14 days after payment, your order becomes non-cancellable and no refunds will be due. You also acknowledge that if you choose to delay and you pass away during this period, no claim may be made against the Company by your estate, heirs, or beneficiaries.After 14 days, your order cannot be cancelled and no refunds are available.
In cases where you do not respond to our reasonable requests for information, identification, or approval for 30 continuous days, your order may be treated as automatically cancelled due to inactivity. In such cases, the same cancellation and refund rules outlined above will apply.If you don’t respond to us for 30 days, we may treat your order as cancelled and the same rules above will apply.
Finally, the Company reserves the right to cancel your agreement if you act inappropriately, abusively, or aggressively towards any member of our team. In such circumstances, the contract will be deemed void from the outset, and we will not be liable for any losses or claims resulting from the cancellation.We may cancel your order if you act abusively towards our team.
We aim to process any eligible refunds promptly, and all refunds will be made using the same method as your original payment unless otherwise agreed.
